The Santa Rosa County Fair is formed by Santa Rosa County Fair Assn., Inc. Santa Rosa County Fair Assn., Inc. is a not for profit 501 3C organization, comprised of local volunteers. Fore more than 20 years Santa Rosa County was not home to a Fair. In 1992 the Fair was revived and is currently held at the East Milton Recreation Park .

Exhibits include heat-sealed jars of fruits, pickles, jams, meats, preserves, and vegetables. Other exhibits include knitting, crochet, embroidering, quilting, basketry, ceramics, jewelry, woven items, hand-painted items, smocked clothing, and other forms of hand-made crafts. Shows and Contest are as follows: Average Joe's Photo Contest, Contest, Mother of the Year, Rodeo Queen, Coloring Contest, Logo Contest, Perfect Pickle Contest, Marcan Tiger Preserve - The Tigers of India,The Caboodlestoppers Family Fun Show, and Concerts. Examples of the county's participation includes students from Milton High School earning community service hours required for the Florida Academics Scholarship program through cleaning of the Fair grounds, Band Boosters working the gates and selling Coca-Cola's, Rural Metro providing First Aid, various 4-H clubs providing the majority of the required exhibits, RSVP is there for organization on Seniors Night, and ARC helps on handicap night.
