The Library Branches have computers with internet access and word processing capabilities. A ten-station computer lab with open lab time and computer classes is located in the Pensacola Public Library. Every branch offers preschool Story Times for ages 3 to 5. T Additionally, most branches offer after school programs for grades K-5, and all branches participate in the Florida Libraries Youth Program during the Summer.

Books, audiocassettes, Cds, CD-ROMs, and DVDs are available for checkout. Meeting Rooms for the public are available at the The Pensacola Public Library, Tryon Branch Library, Gulf Breeze Branch Library, Navarre Branch Library and Milton Branch Library. The Meeting Rooms sit a capacity of 50 people and can be used free of charge provided the rooms are used for lawful non-commercial purposes.
